FAQ

Frequently asked questions

Freight, warranty, and how a wholesale shipper handles mounted assemblies.

What is your shipping and freight policy?

We ship nationwide. For most orders we offer free freight. That can depend on order size, value, or weight. Contact your representative if you have a question about a specific order or destination.

What is the average lifespan of a tire?

The average lifespan of a tire is typically between 3 and 5 years, but it can vary with usage, driving style, and conditions.

Do you offer a warranty?

Yes. Coverage varies by brand and manufacturer. Our rubber tracks are backed by a 1 year / 1,000 hour warranty. Contact us if you need the warranty terms for a specific product.

What is the difference between all-season and winter tires?

All-season tires are designed to perform in a variety of weather conditions. Winter tires are designed for snow and ice, with better traction and control in those conditions.

How often should I rotate my tires?

Rotate tires about every 5,000 to 7,500 miles so the tread wears more evenly and the tires last longer. Rotating at each oil change is a practical way to do it.

Do you offer service for tires or tracks?

Our business as a wholesale distributor is focused on shipping tires and tracks. We do stock mounted tire and wheel assemblies that are ready to bolt on, including wagon, trailer, and skid steer assemblies.
